It can get buried under responsibility, fear, scarcity, and the noise of everyone else’s expectations. I know what that feels like.

From a young age, I felt connected to Spirit, nature, energy, and the unseen. I had a deep knowing that I was here to make a difference. As life got louder, I learned to be practical, responsible, and acceptable. I became good at holding things together while dimming the mystical parts of myself.

Then life cracked me open.

In April 2016, I had a miscarriage at eight and a half weeks. I moved through grief and questions I had no answers to. That experience changed the direction of my life and deepened my spiritual awakening.

I began by studying holistic health and healing my relationship with food and my body. Yoga became another doorway. Then I trained in Atlantean Quantum Healing and went deeper into energy work, intuition, meditation, mediumship, and ritual.

Each part of that journey taught me something. The work I share now is where I feel most at home.
