I teach women how to be healthy af—without overcomplicating it.
You don’t need another plan.
You don’t need more information.
You already know what to do.
You just don’t have the structure—or the follow through—to actually do it.
That’s where I come in.
I didn’t get here by following a perfect routine.
I got here by going through it.
After experiencing a miscarriage in 2016, everything shifted for me.
I started questioning everything:
how I was taking care of my body
how I was managing stress
how disconnected I had become
That led me deep into the world of health, food, movement, and healing.
Not the surface-level stuff.
The real work.
Over the years, I became:
a certified health & nutrition coach
a yoga teacher
an herbalist
But more importantly—
I learned how to actually take care of my body in real life.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Most women don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.
They struggle because:
everything feels overwhelming
nothing fits their life
and they keep starting over
You don’t need more information.
You need structure—and you need to follow through.
At some point, it clicks.
You stop overthinking, stop starting over, and you finally feel that you are getting the hang of it.
You know how to:
feed yourself with nourishing whole foods
move your body
support your energy
and stay consistent
And yes—your body changes too.
I’m not the coach who sugarcoats wellness.
And I don’t just hand you a plan and send you on your way.
I pay attention to:
the patterns you’re repeating
the things you’re not saying
the way you’re actually showing up
Because that’s where the real work is.
I bring a holistic approach—food, movement, nervous system regulation, and deeper awareness—so this actually sticks.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to do more.
You need to stop overcomplicating your health—and finally follow through.
