It was buried under stress, scarcity, survival mode, and the noise of a world that taught you to disconnect from your body, your intuition, your ancestors, your rituals, and your power.

I’ve felt connected to Spirit, nature, and the unseen since I was young. But over time, stress, grief, and survival mode taught me to disconnect from my body, intuition, rituals, and power.

After experiencing a miscarriage in 2016, I began a deeper healing journey. I became a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, completed multiple Yoga Alliance certified trainings in Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga, and studied energy healing, meditation, herbs, ritual, and the nervous system.

My work is not about being calm or positive all the time. It is about learning how to return to yourself when life gets loud.
