Corporate Yoga & Workplace Wellness
Help your team pause, reset, and feel better at work.
Workdays can be demanding. Long hours at a desk, back-to-back meetings, constant notifications, and never-ending to-do lists can leave employees feeling tense, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.
Corporate wellness sessions give your team an intentional moment to breathe, move, and reset—without requiring special equipment, prior yoga experience, or a large time commitment.
Through accessible yoga, stretching, breathwork, meditation, and practical wellness tools, I create supportive experiences that fit naturally into the workday.
Available for in-person sessions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and virtually for teams anywhere.
Wellness That Fits Into the Workday
Your employees don’t need another complicated routine.
They need simple practices they can actually use—between meetings, at their desks, before a presentation, or whenever the workday begins to feel overwhelming.
Each session is designed to help participants:
Release physical tension from sitting and screen time
Pause and reconnect with their breath
Feel calmer and more grounded
Improve focus and mental clarity
Learn practical tools they can return to throughout the day
Create healthier, more supportive workday habits
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Sessions can be adapted for different abilities, comfort levels, workplace settings, and time constraints.
Corporate Wellness Services
-
Accessible movement employees can practice at their desks or in a shared workspace.
These sessions focus on areas commonly affected by computer work, including the neck, shoulders, wrists, back, and hips. Practices can be completed seated, standing, or through a combination of both.
Ideal for: meeting breaks, employee appreciation days, conferences, remote teams, and recurring wellness programs.
-
Simple, approachable practices that help employees step away from mental noise and return to the present moment.
Sessions may include grounding exercises, calming breathwork, guided meditation, visualization, and mindfulness practices that employees can continue using on their own.
Ideal for: high-demand teams, pre-meeting resets, leadership retreats, wellness weeks, and virtual events.
-
Interactive workshops that give employees realistic tools for navigating stressful workdays.
Rather than adding another long list of things employees “should” be doing, these workshops focus on simple practices that can be incorporated into everyday life.
Topics can include:
Creating calm during a busy workday
Breathwork for stressful moments
Releasing tension held in the body
Building intentional pauses into the day
Establishing sustainable wellness habits
Using movement and meditation to reset
Ideal for: lunch-and-learns, professional development days, employee resource groups, retreats, and wellness initiatives.
-
Supportive wellness coaching designed to help employees identify realistic goals and create healthier daily habits.
Coaching can be offered as private one-to-one sessions, small-group experiences, or as part of a larger employee-wellness program.
Areas of support may include stress management, nutrition, lifestyle habits, personal wellness goals, and creating routines that feel sustainable.
Ideal for: wellness benefits, leadership support, employee development programs, and longer-term wellness initiatives

I bring a calm, supportive, and down-to-earth approach to every session. My goal is to make wellness feel accessible and useful—not like one more thing employees have to get right.
